I have struggled with anxiety since I was about 16 or 17. I have no idea where it came from or how it truly started. It wasn’t worry like how some people believe anxiety to be. I really had no worries. Instead, I would go to school, and in my first class of the day, my stomach would turn and… let’s just say that my colon didn’t cooperate.
